ABOUT DIRC
The Diversity & Inclusion Research Conference (DIRC) was started in 2018 as a joint initiative by three entities focused on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I): Aleria, a D&I tech company, ARC, a research nonprofit organization, and QSDI, an academic center at CUNY. Since 2018, the DIRC team has been putting on a world-class conference bringing together researchers, industry professionals and other community leaders in order to foster increased collaboration to drive progress in workplaces, communities and society at large.
Four Years Strong
We are thrilled by the success of the first three years of the annual Diversity & Inclusion Research Conference. We have had some incredible presenters, VR experiences, and engaging sessions over the past few years. We are looking forward to DIRC21, our fourth year of creating an interactive and engaging experience from voices around the world.
