DIRC21’s virtual format supports a larger and geographically broader audience: after nearly doubling in size to over 500 attendees from six continents in 2020, DIRC21 is expected to draw over 1,000 attendees from around the globe. All DIRC21 content will be open to the public three months after the event, providing evergreen content that will continue to draw unlimited audiences, ensuring sustained and extended viewing of your materials.
New in 2021: To show our commitment to our community, DIRC21 will allocate 15% of all sponsorships and ticket sales to speaker honoraria, and an additional 10% to a selection of four charitable organizations whose work aligns with DIRC’s mission.

Please note: To ensure the high quality of DIRC21, panelists selected for sponsored panels will be held to the same selection standards as regular panels and will require approval of the Planning Committee. We will work closely with your team to help you identify a relevant topic and other panelists.

Diamond Sponsorships offer the unique opportunity to sponsor and facilitate a DIRC panel. Diamond Sponsors will work with the ARC team to curate a discussion of their choice, with the choice of moderating or being part of the panel, and helping with panelist selection.

Ruby Sponsors are individuals or organizations who want to utilize DIRC’s vast audience to further promote their brand, promote their D&I accomplishments, and demonstrate their support for D&I research.

Individuals and organizations who assist with the promotion and dissemination of DIRC21, or who are willing to offer their relevant products or services at a meaningful discount to the DIRC audience, will have their clickable logo or name displayed on the DIRC21 website as a “DIRC Partner”, have a virtual presence at the event, and receive 2 free tickets.
