Videos from #DIRC23 are now available!

The sixth annual Diversity & Inclusion Research Conference (DIRC) took place as a half-day virtual event on November 16, 2023.

Building on the success of prior DIRC conferences, DIRC23 brought together a community of researchers, practitioners, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, philanthropists and academics who share an interest in DEI research, programs and initiatives that demonstrate meaningful, scalable and lasting impact.

In response to the backlash against DEI, DIRC23 focused on quantifiable metrics and practical standards to measure impact, track progress, and estimate the ROI of DEI programs and initiatives. Visit the DIRC23 event page for a link to all the videos from the conference.
