Adrianne Pettiford

Adrianne Pettiford, PhD is a psychologist who uses science and analytics to address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is the Director of Client Analytics and Compliance at pymetrics, a startup that connects individuals to their best fit opportunities, accurately and fairly by using AI and behavioral science solutions across the talent lifecycle. In this role, she directs the team of Industrial Organizational scientists responsible for fairness and validation studies across pymetrics’ global portfolio of clients. Before joining pymetrics, she led the investigative analytics team at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where she used statistics to uncover discrimination in workplaces, developed algorithms, and standardized procedures and strategies for attorneys, investigators, and social scientists investigating charges of systemic discrimination.
