Martina Potratz is the Co-Head of Equity & Inclusion Programming at Seed&Spark where she develops the Film Forward curriculum in close collaboration with clients. Working in the field for a decade, Martina is an experienced coach and facilitator specialized in leading brave conversations on key diversity, equity and inclusion issues. She has worked with best practice organizations in tech, media and finance globally and supports clients in navigating cultural differences in an increasingly international workforce. Through facilitating hundreds of sessions Martina has come to believe that vulnerability, kindness and humor can go a long way in navigating challenging conversations within the workplace.
